Prize Money Terms & Conditions

• All runner’s registered are eligible for prize money
• For the fastest timing/Overall, there are no age brackets, whosoever covers the complete race course and crosses the finish line, he/she will be awarded the cash prize
• For the Overall top 3 winners’ category net time is considered for prize money, hence the potential winners should line up in the front at start line
• For all age category winner's net timing is considered for the prize money
• Ranks/Position declarations are based on Provisional Timing, & may change post-due diligence (in each race category)
• Prize money will be disbursed only via cheque or bank account transfer.
• Prize money and bonus winnings are subject to applicable Indian Income Tax rules, and the same would be borne by the winner
• In addition to the above, entitlement to finish positions and prize money winnings are also subject to –
- Runners starting the run after 15 minutes of the start time are not considered for the award
- Bib tag timing captured across all timing points on the course, including at the start and finish mats

• Physical verification by technical officials and anti-cheat cameras
• Athletes found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or bib tag with others, will be disqualified from the competition. Such athletes shall not be entitled to any timing or prize money (where applicable).
• The Race Technical Officials decision is final on the finisher rankings and prize winners
• All the rules are subject to change anytime as decided by the organizers
• Awards/Prize money disbursal after 21 days from the event date
• Indian national winner must submit Government ID card & PAN card for the release of prize money
• International Participants must submit the required documents if in case he or she wins a prize money
